Ask Secretary is an AI-powered messaging and productivity platform. It provides AI-assisted chat, task management, file sharing, and integrations with third-party services. The Service uses artificial intelligence to process your messages and generate responses.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using Ask Secretary, you represent that you meet this requirement.
You may sign in using your Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

The Service uses AI to generate responses and assist with tasks. AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated content before acting on it. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI responses.
The Service may integrate with third-party services (Google Workspace, Todoist, GitHub, etc.). Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third party's terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability or performance of third-party services.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Secretary LLC. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or other intellectual property.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Secretary LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or damages resulting from reliance on AI-generated content.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may stop using the Service at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of significant changes.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
